Terms of Service

By accessing or using intelliprop™'s services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and intelliprop Pty Ltd (ABN 86 692 428 738) ("intelliprop", "we", "us", or "our").

intelliprop™ provides property intelligence and analysis services, including:

• Property reports with PropMatch and PropCertainty™ assessments • Suburb analysis and market comparisons • Buyer's agent-style property shortlisting • Risk analysis, yield calculations, and planning overlay checks

Our reports are generated using a combination of proprietary algorithms, artificial intelligence, and verified data sources. The Service is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or data • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to it • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without permission • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service • Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

For paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Per-report purchases are charged at the time of purchase • All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Cancellation & Refunds: • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods • Per-report purchases are non-refundable once the report is generated • We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues or service failures

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by intelliprop™ and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• The intelliprop™ name, logo, and branding • PropMatch and PropCertainty™ scoring methodologies • Report templates, layouts, and presentation formats • Algorithms, code, and underlying technology • All text, graphics, user interfaces, and visual elements

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

IMPORTANT: intelliprop™ provides property intelligence for informational purposes only. Our reports are NOT:

• Financial advice or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold property • Legal advice regarding property transactions or contracts • Professional valuations or appraisals • Guarantees of property performance, growth, or returns • Substitutes for due diligence with qualified professionals

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. Property markets are complex and unpredictable. You should always consult qualified professionals (real estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, accountants) before making property decisions.

PropMatch and PropCertainty™ scores are indicative only and do not guarantee outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• intelliprop™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports or any losses resulting from property transactions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• Immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms • With 30 days' notice for any other reason • Upon your request to close your account

Upon termination: • Your right to access the Service ceases immediately • We may delete your account data (subject to our Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements) • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties • If unresolved, through mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator • If still unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of Victoria

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service • Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
