Every Sentinel subscription includes a dedicated AI bot. This is your personal assistant — it knows your profession, remembers your clients, and gets better over time.
What is a Bot?
A bot is an AI assistant that lives in your Sentinel room. It's always online and ready to help. When you type a message, your bot reads it, thinks about what you need, and responds — usually within a few seconds.
Dedicated to you
Your bot is not shared. It's exclusively assigned to your room and your team. Other companies on the platform cannot see or interact with your bot.
Profession-specific
Your bot is configured for your industry — whether that's mortgage broking, conveyancing, real estate, accounting, or another profession. It understands your terminology and workflows.
Always available
Your bot runs 24/7. You can message it at any time and it will respond. It can also run tasks on a schedule while you're away.

Your bot has several capabilities built in. You don't need to navigate menus or learn commands — just describe what you need in plain English.

The Sidebar
The right sidebar in your room gives you quick access to your bot's features. Click the icons in the room header to open each panel.
Skills Panel
View the list of skills your bot has. Skills are automations and workflows — the bot uses them automatically when relevant.
Cron Jobs Panel
See all scheduled recurring tasks and their status. Create, modify, or remove cron jobs through the chat.
Integrations Panel
Connect or disconnect external services. Once connected, your bot can access your email, calendar, and more.
Documents Panel
Browse files in your bot's document storage — uploads, generated reports, and reference material.
Set the rules. Your bot follows them forever.
Your bot comes with pre-configured rules, but you can add your own guardrails at any time. Want approval before every email? Tell your bot to add it as a rule. It will be enforced in every conversation, permanently.
