Ask Your Bot

Your bot is your first point of support. It knows its own capabilities and can help you understand what it can do. Try asking:

“What can you help me with?”

“What skills do you have?”

“How do I set up a cron job?”

Your Administrator

For account access, password resets, new skills, or organisation-specific questions, contact your Intelliprop administrator.

Common Issues

Bot not responding

Wait a moment — your bot may be working on a complex task. If it doesn't respond after a minute, send another message. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.

Can't log in

Make sure you're using the correct URL (sentinel.intelliprop.com.au) and the credentials provided by your administrator. Contact your admin for a password reset.

Integration not working

Try disconnecting and reconnecting in the Integrations panel. For Microsoft work accounts, your IT administrator may need to approve the connection.
